1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using mirsondesign.com or engaging Mirson Design for structural engineering and Light Gauge Steel Framing (LSF) design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Scope of Services

Mirson Design provides professional structural engineering services, including preliminary design, structural calculations, 3D modeling, and fabrication-ready detailing for LSF structures. All deliverables are prepared based on the specific project parameters, data, and requirements provided by the client.

3. Professional Standards & Compliance

Our engineering designs are performed in accordance with internationally recognized standards (such as Eurocodes) and professional engineering practices. However, the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the final design complies with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory approvals in the project's jurisdiction, unless local permitting is explicitly included in the agreed scope of work.

4. Intellectual Property

All engineering documents, drawings, 3D models, calculations, and files produced by Mirson Design remain the intellectual property of Mirson Design until full and final payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for the specific project agreed upon.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mirson Design shall not be held liable for structural failures, delays, or additional costs resulting from unauthorized modifications to our designs, failure of contractors to follow specifications, incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client, or deviations from local building regulations.
